  • 1968 - Taylor Rankin Greenhouse finished at a cost of $134,000
  • 1969 – Simmons Science Hall removed
  • 1971 - The Corral Gymasium and later used as the Armory removed
  • 1971 Mabee Hall built at a cost of $225,000 (ROTC building)
  • 1971 - President’s Home completed at a cost of $120,000
  • 1972 – Cowboy Band Hall finished at a cost of $221,000
  • 1974 – Woodward-Dellis Recital Hall finished at a cost of $175,000

  • 1990 -Johnson Building completed at a cost of $3,877,000
  • 1993 – Shelton Stadium built at a cost of $538,000
  • 1995 – Beazley White Horse Center finished at a cost of $310,943
  • 1995 – Moody Center renovation
  • 1996 – Mabee Hall converted from ROTC to Physical Therapy
  • 1999 –Connally Missions Center built at a cost of $803,832
  • 2000 – Lee Hemphill Music Complex completed at a cost of $2,650,000
  • 2003 – Caldwell Hall full renovation and expansion at a cost of $2,000,000;
  • 2003 - Elwin L. Skiles Social Sciences Building completed at a cost of $3,550,000
  • 2003 - Lineberry Clock Tower finished at a cost of $300,000
  • 2004 – Crowe Softball Field House and Softball Field finished at a cost of $515,000
  • 2008 –Holland Health Science Buildings completed
  • 2008 - Soccer & Track Field House finished; Track finished
  • 2014 -Artifical turf installed on football field.
  • 2017 -1249 Ambler remodeled for Physician Assistant Program.
  • 2017 -Marston Gymnasium recieves structural renovations, removing the pool. The original gym is incorporated into the new Fitness Center.
